Is Freediving
for Me?

Five things every first-timer should know before stepping onto the boat. Breathing exercises, equalization basics, and what Day 1 of a course actually looks like.

Used by students from Germany, France, Australia, and the UK before their first course.

What's Inside

Five short chapters. No fluff. Written specifically for people who have never freedived before.

Chapter 1

What Freediving Actually Feels Like

Not the videos. Not the extreme stuff. What a first dive in calm, warm water actually feels like for someone with zero experience.

Chapter 2

3 Breathing Exercises to Practice at Home

Simple breathing techniques you can do anywhere. Students who practice these before their course progress twice as fast in the water.

Chapter 3

Equalization Explained Simply

The most common reason people struggle on their first dive. Explained without jargon, with two things you can practice right now.

Chapter 4

What to Expect on Day 1

A walk through the first day of a freediving course in Koh Samui. What happens in theory, what the confined water session looks like, and what your first open water dive feels like.

Chapter 5

Choosing the Right Course

Discovery experience vs full beginner course. What certification gets you. How to choose based on your time in Thailand and your goals.

What Students Say After Their Course

"He takes time for each participant, accompanies you every second underwater, and gives constructive feedback. I went from nervous to 20 meters in 3 days."
Jonas, Germany
"Amazing what you can do in 2 days. I went from 12 meters to 20 meters and spotted a whale shark at Sail Rock."
Glynnis
"The patience, knowledge, passion, and kindness. He helped me overcome my fears underwater."
Dominique
