About Aow Mao

Aow Mao is a calm bay on Koh Tao's southern coast, primarily used for Open Water training dives and discover scuba programs. The sandy bottom with scattered coral bommies provides a safe, easy environment for beginners while still offering enough marine life to keep things interesting.

Tips

Good for practice sessions. Rarely crowded.
