About Rayong Pinnacles (Hin Alhambra)
The Rayong Pinnacles (also known as Hin Alhambra or Hin Plerng) are twin underwater pinnacles rising from the central Gulf seabed. The larger pinnacle tops at 3-5m with the base at 30m, while the smaller one reaches 22m. The walls feature anemone gardens, large plate corals, and extensive hard and soft coral coverage. Barracuda schools, sea turtles, and nudibranchs are regular sightings, with occasional whale sharks during migration periods.
Tips
Remote site requiring long boat ride. Best combined with other offshore dives. Current can be strong.
