About Red Rock

Red Rock is a compact granite pinnacle that punches above its weight. Despite its modest size, it attracts disproportionate marine life — schools of barracuda and trevally orbit the rock while patient macro hunters can find seahorses and rare nudibranchs in the crevices. The site is named for the reddish tint of its encrusting sponges and soft corals.

Tips

Good option when current is too strong at bigger sites. Pairs well with a second dive at nearby Shark Island.
