About Rock Point / Kong Yai
Rock Point (auch bekannt als Kong Yai) ist eine der wenigen tieferen Tauchoptionen rund um Koh Phangan. Die Felsformation fällt auf 20 m ab und zieht Schwärme von Barrakudas, Schnappern und große Zackenbarsche an. Die Strömung kann mäßig sein, weshalb der Spot eher für erfahrene Taucher geeignet ist als für die typischen flachen Schnorchelplätze der Insel.
Tips
Die besten Bedingungen herrschen am Morgen. Am Nachmittag kann die Strömung zunehmen.
