About HTMS Chang
Le HTMS Chang (à l'origine l'USS LST-898) est un colossal Landing Ship Tank de 100 m qui a servi dans l'US Navy pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale avant des décennies de service dans la marine thaïlandaise. Coulé en 2012 au large de la pointe sud de Koh Chang, c'est la plus grande épave loisir du Gulf of Thailand. L'épave repose droite, l'étrave à seulement 3 m de profondeur et la poupe à 32 m, ce qui la rend accessible à un large éventail de niveaux. D'énormes bancs de poissons chauve-souris, de grands mérous et des barracudas habitent la structure.
